DO NOR RENT OR BUY FROM HIM!!!! He's a thief. He uses illegal immigrants so he doesn't have to pay them, he will lie and say he lost your rent than demand cash. He will force you to fix things that are his responsibility then hold your security deposit claiming you did damage or try to charge for damage his "maintance man" (who doesn't even speak english) did while attempting to fix whatever was broke. Nothing gets fixed right he does a quick cheap job, even if he hires a real company it won't be fixed because they normally walk off the job because they simply can not do it for as cheap as he wants. SAVE YOURSELF THE ANXEITY AND RUN THE OTHER WAY
